My feet does not fit on the running boards

Thinking of replacing the running boards on my '23 Sequoia. my feet does not fit on them. has anyone tried to replace them or fix them like lower them down? any tips will be helpful!

You can replace them with the aftermarket options like AMP research, westin, or go rhino. They all make wider and lower profile boards.

Lowering the running board is trickier but not impossible. I've seen ppl modifying the brackets or using spacers, but that might require custom work and could affect their structural integrity. maybe taking the sequoia to a professional would help if you really serious about going that route
