2UZ Swap Sequoia vs Tundra ECM harness question

I have a 2003 Sequoia with two dead cylinders (#1 and #4) and I'm planning to use a used 2002 Tundra 2UZ engine as a replacement. The only thing I noticed is that the Tundra has 5 ECM plugs while my Sequoia has 6.

Has anyone dealt with this before, can I just swap my Sequoia harness onto the Tundra engine, or will I have sensor problems?

That ECM plug difference worries me, you might run into sensor compatibility or wiring issues, swapping your Sequoia harness could work, but double-check all sensors and connectors match first
