Sequoia funny story

Oh, lord knows how I take a good care of my Sequoia, but still it can't help to have a tantrum! There was a problem with the battery, I thought I just needed to tighten the terminals.

But ended up slapping a charger on an already full battery and fried my old radio, probably took some of the wiring harness with it too. Total facepalm moment!

So, I hunted online and actually found a JBL radio with the exact part number. Stoked, right? Not so much. Pulled the old one out, and the plugs are totally different. What a curveball! haha

Now I'm trying to track down the right wiring harness for that JBL and maybe even upgrade my speakers down the road.

Any of you guys out there got some funny stories related to Sequoia? Feel free to share!

LOL, that's a funny moment. Your charger moment just goes to show that cars love to keep us humble. JBL is an upgrade so good luck finding the right plugs for it. Funny moment with my Sequoia is when I left my keys inside and couldn't go in because I only realized when I was already strolling inside the mall. TBH happened so long ago I even forget how I got in.

Man, that's a tough break! a classic case of "one fix leads to three more." I hope you find that harness soon, upgrading speakers sounds like a solid silver lining though
