Instrument cluster flickering on '14 Sequoia Platinum

I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my 2014 Sequoia Platinum. The instrument cluster goes dim, sometimes cuts out completely, then randomly comes back to life. It's not consistent and doesn't seem tied to bumps or ignition position. The battery and alternator tested good. Any known issues or leads? TIA.

I believe it is a loose connection or failing cluster ground, you can just check wiring harnesses and connectors behind the dash first, but those intermittent dims usually come from bad contacts, not the battery or alternator

That sounds incredibly frustrating especially when everything else tests fine, electrical gremlins like that can drive you crazy and you're not alone; a lot of Sequoia owners have chased similar issues

I'd be worried about a failing ground or an intermittent connection in the cluster harness, it could also be a bad solder joint
