window sticker

So when I was looking at the seqoia before buying the previous owner said that he would give me the window sticker if I wanted it. I said I didn't want it, initially thinking that he's talking about some kind of tint. Later I figured it's a different kind of sticker, so my question is what's the deal with this? I didn't want to ask him so I didn't seem like an idiot
