screen (birds eye view) problem

my 2024 Sequoia might have a software update or something fishy is going on. the birds eye view options are gone from the screen when i hit the view button. i can't switch camera angles or change the car's color anymore. i tried both reset types but it's still messed up. pls help

happened to mine, took it to the dealer and had the software reprogrammed to fix it. spent more or less 3 hours including the trip. such a bother.

Not sure when the last update on my 23 sequoia was, but I don't think I experienced something like this. Did you consult the dealer?

You know sometimes these features can also be disabled by accident through settings or security locks, but given the symptoms, a dealer visit for diagnostics and software scan is the best bet to restore full functionality.

Have you tried doing a hard power cycle to clear it? If that doesn't work then a trip to the dealer for a software reflash or to check for a deeper issue might be necessary.
