Front air dam removal?

I'm new to driving a 2023 Sequoia SR5 and I want to take it off road. I'm thinking of removing the front air dam for better ground clearance. I'm just concerned that it will reduce my fuel efficiency and high-speed stability, except I've seen a TRD Pro not having the air dam so I'm confused how significant it is to keep it.

Has anyone here removed their air dam? I'm curious to know if you've experienced any difference?

Removing the front air dam on your Sequoia SR5 will improve ground clearance for offroad use but might effect fuel efficiency and stability at higher speeds. TRD Pro models are designed without it so the impact may depend on your driving conditions. Have you tried testing it on varied terrain to see how it handles?
